It was the day of the dressage competition and it was time for our two lovelies to warm up. The warming-up was held in the outdoor jumping arena. The sun has risen, but the sky was still a bit yellow-ishly colored. It was snowing and big clouds are coming. The forecast said that it would be snowing heavily during the afternoon, just when the dressage competition would take place. No other horses and riders were there because it was still very early. 
Julia had decided to try a fancy historical tack from the napoleonic age and Martini was okay with that.
Everything went well except for the one time Martini almost fell down due to the iced ground. Julia was quite worried that he could do that in the competition. A good balance would be needed.
